Made in Japan. HRC 60. Special design for cutting meat and fish. The inner layer is covered by stainless steel to prevent rust. Anyway you should wipe the blade dry and apply a few oil for best result.

Blade length 140mm, thickness 1.8mm, overall length 245mm.

Before using please sharpen and hone by 1000/6000 waterstone.
