FAQ

We recommend to ship by SF-express freight collect.  The parcel arrives in about 2-4 days.  You may inquire shipping charge at http://www.sf-express.com/us/en/
 
Estimated shipping time is about 2-4 days by SF-express / 5-8 days by EMS / 5-12 days by air mail.  

The China customs has the right to open and check the parcel and decide tariff.  The tax  rate is about 20% to 30%.  Buyer should check with customes before placing order, and is  totally resposibile for the import tax.

For package weight less than 20kgs, we recommend to ship by post.

For overweight package, the basic shipping charge starts between NTD250 and 500.  We will check with logistic company for actual shipping charge before delivery.  

It takes about 2 days for remote area delivery.  

1. Please login and find tracking number on "My Orders" page.   
2. Link the logistics website and enter your tracking numer. 

Due to info lag, the website stock may not match real stock. If you wish to get everything in one shipment, please notify in STEP 1 message blank.

1. Self pick-up and pay to office doorman: pay NTD cash to the 24 hours office doorman at the building entrance. 

2. Delivery by Logistics/7-11/Family Mart: remittance to our bank account in Taiwan.

3. Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.): pay the logistic officers or postman on receiving shipment

4. China/Hong Kong/Macau: Alipay, credit card, or remittance to our bank account in China

5. Overseas order: please pay by credit card
