Q:Why can't I view the instruction file?

Q:How can I make sure my order sent successfully to DasTool?
A:

Please click "My Orders" right after you have sent the order, and check if receiving confirmation email.  If not, the order may be blocked by firewall, or the setting in your computer/cellphone.  In that case please contact us by email.  

Q:May I contact you by LINE?
A:

We recommend you to register in DasTool and raise question in "Contact Us" page.

Q:What is the best web browser?
A:

Please DO NOT view by IE, which can not show entire page in some case.

Q:How to view our website on cellphone?
A: 1. Click renew button to reload the page.

Q:Why didn't I receive DasTool system email in Gmail or Yahoo?
A:

Gmail or Yahoo may classify our system emails as SPAM.  You may find these email in trash area.  Please check carefully and set our email dastool.inc@gmail.com into your communication list.  

 

System emails include registeration/new password/message answer/order conformation/amount notification/shipping notification.

Q:How about the domestic shipping charge?
A:

Free shipping for order above NTD4000 except remote area or overweight parcel.

Q:How about the shipping charge and import tax for overseas order?
A:

We recommend to ship by EMS or OCS.  The actual shipping charge depends on actual weight or dimention.

Shipping time is about 8-14 days by EMS / 3-10 days by OCS.

The customs of import country has the right to open and check the parcel and decide tariff. The tax rate is about 10% to 50%.  Buyer should check with customs before placing order, and is totally resposible for the import tax.
