Alluminum. The durable bushing is heat treated. 3 bushings of each size: 6/8/10 mm. Extra 7/16" and 1/2" bushings included.
Clamp capacity varies from 10 to 50 mm. Anyway we recommend you to drill on board at least 20mm thick. Brad point drill bits is more accurate to make the joint.
